Upstairs Refectory and Marquand Chapel
409 Prospect St.New Haven, CT 06511
Join us each week that classes are in session for a walk on the road to Emmaus. Dinner is provided and begins at 6:30pm in the upstairs refectory. As dinner concludes the group participates in a Bible study, where we use questions to guide our reflections.
Following the Bible study, we move from the refectory into Marquand Chapel for music, silence, a faith journey shared by a community member, intercessory prayer, Communion, and a blessing.
In our time of reflection, prayer, and sharing meals at both the dinner table and the Communion table, we pray that Christ is made known to us through community – shared food, story, and song.
