The Woodbury Leadership Workshop is hosted every other year and presents new and developing knowledge and best practices for clergy and lay leaders.

During the Woodbury Workshop, Andover Newton has had the opportunity to host authors and leaders like Susan Beaumont and Andover Newton alumnus and former member of the faculty Kirk Byron Jones.
